Disclaimer : By downloading, installing, or using any service provided by Invoiceflow, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to Invoiceflow's Terms of Service. This document guides you on how you can use our product and creates a legal agreement between you and Invoiceflow. By signing up for our service, you agree to be bound by the rules and terms of Invoiceflow.

Definitions

To clarify any confusion in the further progress of the documents, the following section defines the “Terms” that will be frequently used.

  • The ‘You’ and ‘User’ throughout this document refer to the reader who is using or is about to use our service. You are requested to carefully go through the document to ensure you have understood and learned the necessary details you need to know to use the services of Invoiceflow.
  • The “Service” refers to any kind of service that is provided by Invoiceflow. It includes the services you enjoy on the web application invoiceflow.app, or on the mobile application Invoiceflow app, along with blog, newsletter, infomails, and all other services.
  • ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’, ‘Product’, ‘Invoiceflow’, these terms refer to the service provider Invoiceflow.app bearing the physical address 622 Harris St, Ultimo NSW 2007, Australia.
  • ‘Agreement’ means a contractual relationship between the user and Invoiceflow. Both parties agreed on the same conditions and uses and are bound to follow the rules mentioned in this document.

Introduction

Who are we?

Invoiceflow is a suite of services that is designed to help small, medium, or large businesses maintain their customer services. We offer various services related to invoicing and other accounting subjects, such as:

  • Create invoices
  • Send invoices
  • Improve cash flow
  • Manage and accept payments
  • Mobile applications software with the same services and more

Your account

A user has to be at least 18 years old or older to use the product Invoiceflow. To use our services, you have to create an account. The account creation process requires you to provide your email address and verify it, set a password, and register. You can create only one account using a particular email address. You are requested to share only true and updated information about yourself and your business. When creating accounts, you will need to provide some additional information, such as mobile number, address, organization name, etc. This information is required to verify users and to keep our platform safe for everyone. There are some important provisions you need to read carefully about:

  • You agree to all our Terms of Services by signing up to our website. These terms of service are a legal bonding between you as a user and us as the service provider.
  • You are requested to read our Privacy Policy to be aware of our data policy and your data protection.
  • Please note that signing up means you have read the whole document properly and thoroughly and are aware of what your rights are and what information we have access to.
  • Our service is for people involved in businesses. You are welcome to use our service if you are the owner or in the position of authority of a business or if you are a freelancer who needs our service.
  • Once you confirm to sign up, you agree that you have read about all the terms of service and our privacy policies, and you are well-informed about the way we conduct our services. All these laws and agreements are valid and accepted by Australia and the country of your citizenship or residence. You will be requested to mark the option of reading this document.
  • We, Invoiceflow, hold the sole right to change, bend, or update any rules mentioned in this agreement at any time. You will be notified through emails and notifications. You are requested and responsible for checking the terms of services on a regular basis to stay updated on the changes we make.
  • If you do not agree with the terms of service presented in this document, you do not hold the right to bend them. However, as a user of the product, you can reach our support team and share what problem you are facing with the terms.
  • These terms of service are equally applicable to the users of our web application and mobile application alike.

Services of Invoiceflow

  • Invoiceflow offers a myriad of services. A user can create invoices, record invoices and expenses, track payments and inventory, generate statistics, send invoices through emails, etc. Our team works on adding newer features based on market analysis. We may also remove some features if our analysis report claims the feature to be not demanding.
  • The features are accessible from the Invoiceflow.app website and the Invoiceflow mobile application.

Receive Notifications

By signing in to Invoiceflow, you consent and provide permission to us to send you electronic notifications of various changes, offers, notices, disclosures, and other information that we consider to be delivered to you. You agree to receive this information in an unchanged form that you cannot edit.

Security of User Login Credentials

Invoiceflow does not share any of your login credentials. Your information is stored and saved securely and should only be known to you. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of their login credentials. If any user connects any third-party application or media to connect to Invoiceflow and that steals data, Invoiceflow is not to be charged or blamed. Additionally, you are requested to read the payment instructions, electronic transfer instructions, and other payment-related instructions thoroughly. Invoiceflow should not be held responsible for any errors made by users or any error or scam committed by other partner companies. In case any user shares the login credential with someone else, that person achieves the authority to use and perform all the actions the actual owner of the account can perform. Therefore, all users are requested to be careful not to share their login credentials. You consent that you are well aware of this information, and your action will be responsible only to you. By signing in to our website or using our service, you acknowledge and agree that you have read through the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, that you find our terms reasonable, and that you agree to obey them.

Purpose of using Invoiceflow

Our product, Invoiceflow, is designed to be used for business purposes. You warrant that you are an authentic representative of valid and verified business transactions. To some extent, a user is allowed to use the product for personal, family, and household purposes. No user is allowed to send any invoice to someone with whom they are not engaged in business. Sending such spam invoices will be counted as spam and harassing actions. Legal action can be taken against any user who performs such offensive actions.

The product can be used by a verified representative of a business organization. Proper documentation should be submitted for verification. However, the rights of the users to use the product are non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. Users are not allowed to (i)perform or permit others to rent, lease, modify, distribute, or transfer the product. (ii) Using our services for the benefit of any third-party product or incorporating Invoiceflow into any other product or service is strictly prohibited, illegal, and will be regarded as a crime. (iii) Attempting to derive the source code of the software, reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or translating the services without the consent of Invoiceflow is not legal and will be subjected to legal action. (iv) Despite the opportunity to share personal feedback regarding the services we provide, users are restricted from publicly sharing any information related to the performance of the product. (v) Taking access to the product to clone or create a competitor product is illegal and a fraud action. (vi) Submitting or trying to submit any viruses, worms, bugs, or cause or trying to cause any harm to the product should be regarded as a kind of cybercrime. Invoiceflow holds the full authority to take legal action against anyone who tries to commit such actions. (vii) Invoiceflow does not allow any user to get access to other user’s information. You are not allowed to seek or try to get access to other users’ information on the platform. (viii) Using the product to send spam emails, notifications, or invoices to other people is not permissible. Your account can get banned if you receive proven complaints. (ix) Users are discouraged from using the product in any way that is harmful or against the ethics of business or moral actions. Invoiceflow should not be responsible for any such action committed by you and will assist the law to take action against you.

As for reviews given by users, every user holds the right to share their reviews and feedback. You can edit, delete, and update your review. You are requested to be respectful to anyone involved on the platform and share your opinion with a constructive approach. Invoiceflow does not remove or revise any reviews given by the users, but of course, it checks them to collect user data. We, however, do not expect to be given spam reviews using any third-party tools.

User plans and fees

InvoiceFlow offers different usage plans to the users for the product, described at: page link. The number of features you get access to, the number of invoices you can create and send, and the number of customers a user can add to their account can vary depending on the plan a user has chosen. Users are allowed to upgrade their subscription plans. However, canceling a subscription plan before the expiry date is not permissible. Under special cases, a user has to get in touch with the support team.

The set terms, benefits, and validation of any subscription will be informed to you before you make the purchase. We have added all the necessary information that you may need to make a choice. In case you still need further assistance or have other inquiries that are not answered, or you are not finding the answer, you are welcome to reach out to our support team through our official email address, as mentioned on the contact page. You are once again requested to check and read thoroughly the billing policy of Invoiceflow before you proceed to make any payment.

Our product is designed to serve our users on a subscription basis. There can be some exception to it on some special occasion which will be declared on all our social media. That is not to be considered the standard pricing. Only the prices mentioned on the website are to be taken as the standard price for all the plans we currently offer. You are requested to check on all the plans and their description in detail before you pay for them. You will be notified prior to the end of the subscription. Users are welcome to renew their plans any time they want.

If the rate or fees for a certain plan change after your purchase, you will not be subjected to the change. You will pay the same amount you agreed to pay while purchasing the plans. The updated prices will be applicable once you renew the plan.

You are requested to pay all your fees and taxes through third-party mediums that are authorized by Invoiceflow. Any fees provided on the platform are non-refundable. Some plans have free version, which a user can access without paying any fees. However, once a plan is bought with fees, users cannot demand a refund or cancel the subscription plan before it expires. Users are allowed to upgrade their plans anytime they need.

Some of the subscription plans do offer a free version for a specific amount of time. Users should read the conditions and policies of a certain plan before signing up for the free version. free version are completely free, and users do not have to pay anything for them. If you are asked for any fees for the free version, it could be due to any bugs or system errors. Invoiceflow will be grateful if you cooperate by letting us know. Our support and maintenance team will work to solve the issue

Support and updates

The product “Invoiceflow” is a responsive software that can be accessed through multiple platforms. Users can use the product through smartphones, tablets, and personal computers. Our developer team dedicatedly works on the software to bring newer updates and make some changes or adjustments based on the feedback of the users and the analysis of experts. The goal of new updates is to ensure better service and improved facilities for our users.

Users will be notified through different media about the availability of new updates. You will receive in-app notifications and emails and get updates on our social channels. In certain cases, users may need to cooperate with us by downloading the newer updates. We always request our users to install and use the newest updates. Some features may not work properly in older versions. Therefore, users are expected to use the latest version of Invoiceflow. After installing the new updates, you may get instructions on how to use the application or software on your device if any major changes are made.

Customer data

Invoiceflow does have access to customer data. When a user signs up on the platform, creates an invoice, uploads, shares, or sends invoices to their customers, Invoiceflow saves the records and information. This is to provide added safety and keep records that may be needed sometimes for legal actions.

The access of Invoiceflow to user data makes the platform safer, better, and more secure. It is to draw the attention of the users that Invoiceflow only digitally stores your information to ensure any claims made by a user can be verified later if needed. Invoiceflow does not use, share, or sell any information or customer data shared on the platform. Your data is safe and secure.

Users retain the rights to any data they submit to the product. The customer account a user creates, shares invoices, tracks expenses, etc.; all this information can solely be submitted by a user of the platform. No second user has any right to access, view, or interfere with the information of another user.

Users permit non-exclusive and unconditional permission to save, store, distribute, and display customer data to create derivative works of and modify, if needed, any customer data to ensure the best experience for the users. Users do not hold any royalty or copyright regarding this. Invoiceflow holds the right to share the stored data in situations where the law and legal authorities permit.

Storage of customer data

It should be noted that InvoiceFlow does not offer an archiving service. Your information and data are digitally stored on our platform. We do not delete or terminate any data before the expiry date of your subscription term. Users are solely responsible for keeping backups of their data on their own systems.

Anonymous data

Invoiceflow holds the authority to share Customer Data if it is convinced that sharing the data or giving access to the data is necessary and appropriate to: (i) Satisfy any applicable low, legal process, or government request, (ii) to help with the investigation of any potential violation of our policy, (iii) creating protection against potential harm to the product or other customer privacy or the rights.

User responsibilities

Invoiceflow expects and requests its users to abide by Invoiceflow's terms of use and privacy policy and to maintain their responsibilities. We expect you, as a user, to be responsible for (i) Your use of the product complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. It includes your privacy, data security, electronic communications, etc. (ii) By signing in to the platform, you gain the rights to use the service of the product and warrant that you will be respectful to the privacy of other users and to the terms of use of the product. (iii) You are requested not to use the product for any kind of activities that are not permitted by the law. For such activities, you will be solely responsible for the illegal act. No action can be taken by you against Invoiceflow. Using our services for gambling, prostitute activities, alcohol, drugs, or other illegal healthcare businesses or services is not allowed. We do not encourage anyone involved in such businesses to use our product or services.

When users are sending any invoices to other users or their customers, they are obligated to warrant and agree that: (i) the email will maintain a professional manner, and it will be sent only as a reminder or a written document of the required payment. (ii) users are obligated to be respectful to their customers and clients. Please ensure your emails are not repetitive, which can cause irritation to your customer. (iii) No emails should include any abusive or threatening words that can cause legal treatment. While using the service, you acknowledge that only you are responsible for the language of the mail as well as the amount you are mentioning. All the numerical values are inputted manually, and you revise and verify the total amount, which is calculated by the software.

Prohibited Uses

Third-party services

While using our service, you may need or choose to use a third-party application or service provider or link it to your InvoiceFlow account. Considering the benefits and convenience of our users, we allow them to connect to third-party services. However, the third-party services are not a part of the product. These external services should not be considered as a part of our resources, and any violation of privacy conducted by these third-party service providers is on to the service provider and to the user. Invoiceflow does not take any blame or responsibility for such actions. Users are requested to be careful while choosing or connecting to a third-party service provider. Here, the term “Third-party Service” means any platform, add-on, extension, service, or product that you decide or elect to use, integrate, or give permission to use through the product. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, accounting software, payment partners, and capital or lending partners. While using third-party services, you agree to their terms and conditions, which InvoiceFlow is not aware of and should not be held responsible for.

Ownership

Invoiceflow and its licensors retain all rights, interests, titles, and other intellectual property rights in and to the product. The underlying technology that has been used and will be used and documentation of all sorts remain the sole property of Invoiceflow. Customers gain the right to use the services only based on their subscription plan. For any violation of any rules decided by Invoiceflow, we hold the right to terminate a user account. Customers are encouraged to submit their feedback, comments, and suggestions. However, it is under the complete ownership of Invoiceflow to exploit these comments and suggestions. Users do not obtain any right to make any changes to the product or the rules set by Invoiceflow. As a user of the product, you can only use the services.

Termination and suspension

All these terms that have been documented on this page should continue until terminated.

  • Unless terminated as permitted in these TOU by any of the Parties, the Agreement is in force for the duration that We offer Service. If the other Party violates any of the provisions of this TOU, either Party may end the Agreement. In the event that the other Party stops operating, files for bankruptcy, becomes insolvent or is otherwise unable to fulfill its duties, either Party may also terminate the Agreement at any time.
  • You may end the Agreement at any time by giving Us notice, but unless otherwise specified in this TOU (specifically Chapter 11, Fees and payment conditions), You will not be eligible for any credits or refunds as a result of convenience termination for any features, documents, or services that you have paid for but have not yet used.
  • Impact of Termination. Your rights to the Product will automatically end upon the termination of these Terms, and you will be required to stop using the Product and remove any Software. After termination, you won't be able to access any Customer Data stored in the Product again, and Invoice2go is free to remove any Instant Website and other materials at any time unless doing so would be against the law. You and the Third-Party Services will need to work out how the termination of these Terms will affect your relationship, but in any event, you will no longer be able to access the Product.
  • We will stop providing Users with access to the Service upon termination of the Agreement.

Responsibility and warranty

  • Any of Our reservations stated in earlier Articles of these TOU are not excluded by the reservations to liabilities and warranties included in this article, and they should be applied to all aspects of the Service, regardless of their context.
  • Provision of the Service is done so "as is." We guarantee that we possess all the necessary capacity and authority to carry out, deliver, and fulfill our responsibilities as stipulated in the TOU.
  • The User guarantees that they will adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding the Service, as well as any applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines (whether or not they have legal force) of any regulatory organizations or bodies to which they belong or are bound. Additionally, they guarantee that they possess the necessary power and authority to carry out, execute, and fulfill their obligations under the TOU.
  • As a Service User, You are required to make sure that the Service does not harm other software, information systems, and/or their content or third-party data. You are also accountable for taking all necessary precautions regarding data protection.
  • None of the following warranties or guarantees are offered by us: (i)The Service must be delivered on schedule, without interruption, and without errors; (ii) The Service must work and be compatible with additional systems, databases, software, hardware, and systems; (iii) Any mistakes in the service must be fixed correctly and quickly;
  • We make no guarantees about the state of the Service and are not liable for any faults found in it.
  • In no circumstances are we liable for any direct or indirect harm (including lost profits), harm to the reputation or data caused by the unavailability of the service or by its features, the inability to use the service, or even if we have informed the service of such facts?
  • The quality of any services and goods generated by using the Service, as well as the truth, sufficiency, integrity, validity, and quality of any information, are solely your responsibility.
  • We disclaim all liability for any faults, outages, or unavailability of the Service that result from problems with Your systems, public communication networks, or the energy supply. In the event that Your local laws or jurisdiction provide a guarantee, We will only provide You with a guarantee within this range; in all other ranges, We will not provide a guarantee.
  • We make no guarantees on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information we give, the availability, error-free operation, security, or safety of the service, or its flawless operation free from delays, interruptions, or flaws.
  • We have no authority over, nor are we accountable for, how or when our Users utilize the Service or any of its features or user interfaces.
  • The information (including content) and acts of Our Users and other third parties are not our responsibility or duty.
  • In any event, We shall only be liable for claims made in accordance with this TOU or as per anticipated assurances up to the total of all paid and unused service fees.

Limitation of liabilities

Users are responsible for using the product with full consent. No user is permitted to send fake or spam invoices. If a user does such work or tamper or tries to tamper with the sent invoices, they are likely to undergo legal action. Among all the chaos, Invoiceflow cannot be blamed for any of the unacceptable practices by any user. However, we will cooperate with the legal authority by providing the necessary data we have. A user cannot put an obligation on this.

Invoiceflow has a verification process to ensure people are not creating fake profiles or fake clients. Still, if someone receives an unwanted and out-of-context invoice and sends money accordingly, Invoiceflow is and should not be held responsible for this.

All our features have tutorials showing you how to use them. You, as a user, are requested to check on them. Because of your lack of knowledge, if anything improper happens, such as wrong invoices sent, money sent in the wrong information, or lost data. Users are to be blamed for not learning or performing the actions with full knowledge in such cases. A user cannot hold Invoiceflow responsible for this.

An invoice flow subscription cannot be purchased through any third-party seller. You need to take a subscription from the official website. It is very easy to have a mobile application and learn how to use our user-friendly platform. If someone asks for money or anything saying they will manage Invoiceflow services for you, you are requested not to give any money. You cannot hold Invoiceflow responsible for getting tricked by any third-party user.

Modification of terms

Invoiceflow might need to bring some changes to the terms of the platform. We hold the complete and sole right to do so. Users do not have any right to change or amend any laws. Nonetheless, users are welcome to share their experience and let us know if they want any amendments. Your feedback will be discussed with much priority.

If you are using a free version or the Beta version and we make any amendment to the terms that influence and concern your trial, it will be effective immediately. You can terminate these terms and reach us for help or with suggestions. You should reach out to us with your problem and complaints within 15 days. Otherwise, your complaint may not be taken up.
